Join us and Susan Spangler as we learn more about Mindfulness Meditation and engage in this ancient prayer form together. We begin with Qi Gong and move into meditation instruction, guided meditations, and practices for supporting mindfulness in everyday life.
Mindfulness is the moment-to-moment awareness of our experience with an accepting, non-judgmental, kind attention. In this ongoing practice, we’ll explore and deepen our experience of mindfulness. Our weekly time together will include meditation instruction, guided meditations, and practices for supporting mindfulness in everyday life.
Both those who are new to meditation and those with meditation experience are heartily welcome.
