East Liberty Presbyterian Church

God, we know that you love us. You love us so much that you sent your Son into this broken world to save us—from ourselves, from our sins, and even from death. We want to turn toward you, to embrace the light and the goodness that you offer, and to reflect your light and the goodness that you offer, and to reflect your light and love in all we do. Forgive us and strengthen us, we pray. Amen.

Easter Lilies
Forms are available throughout the church to place your order for an Easter Lily plant ($9). Plants will be placed in the sanctuary for the Easter Sunday service and may be picked up after the service.

Donations to the EECM food pantry
As an alternative to purchasing a lily for $9, you are invited to donate the $9 to the East End Cooperative Ministry. (Of course you are welcome to purchase a lily and still make a donation!) All lilies and EECM donors will be listed in the Easter Sunday bulletin insert. Forms are located throughout the church.

ELPC in the Community

East End Cooperative Ministries (EECM) Food Bank
We invite you to join an effort to feed those who are hungry in our East Liberty community. Drop off nonperishable items in the marked baskets near the Highland Avenue entrance. The March "food-of-the-month" is jelly, jam.

East End Cooperative Ministries: Men's Shelter
The Deacons are collecting donations in support of ELPC's commitment to the EECM Men's Shelter. While the need has remained consistent, donations have declined. We need your help! Requested items for March are bar soap and shampoo/conditioner. Please drop these items in the basket located in the Highland Ave. hallway. Your support in the form of donations and prayer, for the Shelter and the men who stay there, is greatly appreciated.
