God of all, we yearn for your grace and empowering spirit. We are grateful that your forgiveness goes deeper than our resistance. Quiet our busy lives, focus our distracted spirits, and grant us your love and peace.

Congratulations to the Rev. Brian Diebold
Congratulations to Brian Diebold on his recent ordination! Brian served as an intern at ELPC during his senior year at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, where he graduated with distinction in 2008. We’ve been blessed that Brian has continued his ministry here through part-time work with our ELPC youth and young adults. Brian has been called to serve as the Designated Pastor of Verona United Presbyterian Church. Since his new position is part-time, he will continue to lead our Young Adult ministries and help on Wednesday evenings with club one sixteen. We rejoice that God has called Brian to pastoral ministry here in Pittsburgh Presbytery! Please keep Brian and his wife Kim in your prayers.
