Additional worship and prayer opportunities during the week
Taizé prayer service: Every Wednesday, 7:00 pm in the Chapel. Join us for a special program this evening: “Noah’s Pudding.” Sebnem Unlu from the Turkish Cultural Center of Pittsburgh (TCCP) will do a short presentation about Noah’s Pudding before the service, with samples and dialogue after the service at 8:15. We are also having our monthly “Celebrations” after the service. All are welcome. Childcare available from 6:45 to 8:15 in the Nursery. Read more

Our American Footprint in the Muslim World

“Love And All That Jazz,” February 12
ELPC presents its fifth annual performance of “Love and All That Jazz,” on Saturday,February 12 at 7 p.m.Full of fabulous love songs and poetry, in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, this family-friendly event features a talented group of artists who will dazzle with an eclectic mix of poetry and song from Classical and Jazz to Broadway, Pop and Rock. Community NewsNew! EECM Community Stress Center at ELPC
The EECM Community Stress Center was created to improve the well-being of people who live in and around the East End by offering services to reduce stress and maintain physical and mental health. The Community Stress Center is now open every Tuesday and Thursday from 12-4 p.m. at ELPC. Health and wellness screenings will be offered whenever the Center is open. East End Cooperative Ministry (EECM) Food Pantry
The EECM Food Pantry provides food for individuals and families facing hunger in Pittsburgh. January’s “Food of the Month” is peanut butter.
East End Cooperative Ministry (EECM) Men’s Shelter
During the month of January, the Deacons continue to collect bar soap and razors for EECM’s Men’s Shelter. Donations may be left in the hallway baskets. Thank you for your support!
