Have you ever wanted to learn more about our Cathedral and the ministries housed here? Do you want to explore the subbasement, discover the inner workings of the organ, or enjoy the views of East Liberty from the tower? Join us for a 30-minute walk on the main level and a 90-minute, top-to-bottom tour on Sunday, July 10 following the 10 am worship service. Flat, close-toed shoes are required for the 90-minute tour. Read more about the church’s history and architecture.

Rev. Bush’s sermon was selected as the winning sermon in the Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance’s (EAA) Food for Life Sermon Competition. Some were unable to click to the link last week; click here for more info about the EAA competition and a link to the sermon.

Dr. Moore organ recital July 14 at Westminster Presbyterian
Our Music Director and Organist Dr. Edward Alan Moore will be performing a 30-minute organ recital July 14, 5:00 pm, at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2040 Washington Road 15241. The recital is free and coincides with the Upper St. Clair Farmers’ Market, held every Thursday in the church’s parking lot from 4pm to 7pm.

East End Cooperative Ministry (EECM) Food Pantry
The EECM Food Pantry provides food for individuals and families facing hunger in Pittsburgh. July’s “Food of the Month” is macaroni and cheese.

East End Cooperative Ministry (EECM) Men’s Shelter
During the month of July, the Deacons are collecting deodorant, shampoo, men’s socks for EECM’s Men’s Shelter. Donations may be left in the hallway baskets. Thank you for your support!
