DESCRIPTION:The ELPC Membership and Outreach Committee is offering the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Healthy Blood Pressure for All program. This community-based\, health-education program empowers participants to take control of their cardiovascular health by combining the AHA’s Check. Change. Control.® tracker and 412 Food Rescue’s Cooking Matters classes. \nCheck. Change. Control. is an evidence-based\, self-monitoring program focused on lowering blood pressure. DESCRIPTION:Whether you can help cook\, serve or both\, this is a great opportunity to serve hungry folks in the Brookline neighborhood at this newer weekly community dinner. Cookers will plan a menu and cook at a mutually-agreed upon time.  On June 13\, servers will depart ELPC at 4pm\, join worship at 5pm and then serve dinner at 5:35pm.  How will you help feed God’s people?  This is a young adult event.
