DESCRIPTION:Our Church School classes will not meet on Sunday\, December 12\, so that we all can enjoy our Christmas Pageant\, The Perspective Pageant. Classes will resume next Sunday\, December 19. \n\nThe ELPC Christian Education (CE) Committee offers Church School classes and events for all ages—from infants to adults. CE is the life-long process of learning and living in relationship to God\, our neighbors\, and ourselves. Church School classes meet on Sundays\, 9:45–10:45 am\, from early September through early June\, unless otherwise noted. \nThrough the study of scripture and the practice of prayer\, we begin to understand our life experiences as they relate to the life\, death\, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. DESCRIPTION:Since the angels first announced that Mary would be the mother of God’s special son\, the good news of Jesus’ birth has been told by countless voices in a wide range of expressions. \nThrough narration\, scripture\, costumes\, song\, and art\, the children and youth of ELPC will lead us in a hybrid retelling of this joyful story at the center of our faith. \nSome narrators and actors will be leading us “live” in the Sanctuary\, while other actors will be joining us virtually. But\, it doesn’t matter where we are—ALL will tell this important story.
