SUMMARY:Celebrating the Rev. Dr. Patrice Fowler-Searcy
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce that our pastor\, the Rev. Patrice Fowler-Searcy\, will receive the Doctor of Ministry degree from PTS at the end of this month. We at ELPC are appreciative of her ministry and her dedication and commitment to this significant achievement. To that end\, the ELPC Mission Board\, along with the congregation\, will recognize and celebrate Dr. Patrice during worship on Sunday\, June 9\, 10 am\, in the Courtyard. A lunch will follow the service in the Social Hall. \nMore than anything\, we hope you’ll be able to join us in the celebration. We ask that you RSVP to Gloria Knopp at gloriak@coh.net or call 412.441.3800 x222\, so that we can plan for food accordingly. \nWe will be including a cookie table with homemade cookies. DESCRIPTION:There will be no JourneyDance class on Friday\, May 17. Our regular schedule resumes next week. \n\nJoin Yamuna Morgenstern for JourneyDance on the third Friday of every month from 7–8:30 pm. \nCome experience one of ELPC’s unique spiritual practices and offerings. JourneyDance takes you on a journey within through playful dance in a non-judgmental environment. The playlists are designed to open up your chakras\, move your Spirit\, experience positive vibes\, and have fun! JourneyDance is all about responding to music the way you want to respond—no rules\, no groping\, no ugly lyrics. Join us and dance in healthy community to release tension\, feel good\, relax\, restore\, and renew your body\, mind\, and spirit. \nAll ages and bodies are welcome. No dance experience necessary\, just a joy of moving. Young children should be accompanied by their care givers. Wear comfortable clothing\, and you may want to have a water bottle handy! \nA donation from the heart\, to the church\, is very much appreciated.
