SUMMARY:Vacation Church School: Workshop of Wonders
DESCRIPTION:This summer’s Vacation Church School (VCS) is themed “Workshop of Wonders: Imagine and Build with God”\nJune 23-27 from 9am-3pm \nWe welcome campers age 3½ (who turned 3 by Jan. 1\, 2014) through grade 5. Download a VCS 2014 – Registration Form or pick one up on the CE Bulletin Board. The registration deadline is Monday\, June 16. \nVolunteers Still Needed!\nDo you enjoy sharing God’s love through song and story? Are you gifted in team building through recreation? Do you like to share God’s hospitality by setting out snacks or visiting with children during our lunchtime together? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions\, prayerfully consider serving as a volunteer for our VCS program. Youth in grades 6–12\, and adults of all ages\, are invited to serve for as little as three hours or as much as the whole week in a variety of roles. We need: teachers\, shepherds (helpers who assist and travel with each class to make sure the kids travel smoothly through their day)\, recreation leaders\, snack crew\, craft assistants\, special event leaders\, and more! \nPlease download a VCS 2014 Volunteer Form or pick one up at the church and return it to Pastor Heather or Gloria Knopp. Any volunteer age 18 or older must have current Act 33/34 clearances and Pa. Criminal Background check. ELPC will process and pay for your clearances\, but the completed forms must be turned in to Gloria Knopp.\nprint the PA Criminal History background check form here\nprint the Child Abuse History background check form here \nUnable to Volunteer? Make a Donation!\nIf you are unable to volunteer\, but would like to support VCS by making a donation\, stop by the Bulletin Board by the main stairs and take a tag on Sunday\, June 1 and 8.
