SUMMARY:Insight Meditation Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Our Monday evening Insight Meditation group invites both experienced meditators and novices for a time of retreat and renewal—as well as an introduction to meditation if you have not practiced before. The retreat will be in the Second Floor Parlor. \nAcross the breadth of our culture\, researchers are telling us the ways in which a meditation practice quiets our minds and brings us home to who we are\, who we are created to be. Join us! \nWear comfortable shoes and—if possible—bring a simple bagged lunch.
