SUMMARY:No Mindfulness Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Our Mindfulness Meditation group will not meet on Thursday\, May 9. We will resume our regular schedule next Thursday\, May 16\, 7 pm. \n\nJoin us and Susan Spangler as we learn more about Mindfulness Meditation and engage in this ancient prayer form together. \nMindfulness is the moment-to-moment awareness of our experience with an accepting\, non-judgmental\, kind attention. In this ongoing practice\, we’ll explore and deepen our experience of mindfulness. Our weekly time together will include meditation instruction\, guided meditations\, and practices for supporting mindfulness in everyday life. \nBoth those who are new to meditation and those with meditation experience are heartily welcome.
