SUMMARY:Peoples Pride Parade & Pride of the Ages
DESCRIPTION:As part of our faith family’s commitment to showing inclusive love to all of God’s children\, we will be marching in the Peoples Pride Parade on Sunday\, June 9. The parade begins at Freedom Corner (intersection of Crawford St. and Centre Ave.)\, 10 am\, and ends at Allegheny Commons Park West. Click here to view the two-mile parade route on Google Maps. You do not need to sign up to march in the parade. Look for Antwone Wright at Freedom Corner\, and remember to wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen. \nAfter the parade\, enjoy the day in the park at Peoples Pride of the Ages. ELPC will have a booth in the park\, 10 am–8 pm. Contact Brittney Krieger at brittney.blaine.hope@gmail.com or 908.723.5305 to serve as a host. If you need a ride to the parade\, the ELPC van will leave from the church at 9:15 am. Return trip will be at approximately 3 pm. Pick-up points/times will be available at both booth locations.
