Here’s what’s happening in worship this week.
Worship Services
Summer Worship | Sunday, 10 am
Our largest service, with music from the Chancel Choir and an organ prelude prior to the service. Pastor Randy will preach from Exodus 20:16 and Zechariah 8:16–17. His sermon will be titled “Thou Shalt, Thou Shalt Not: Truth-Telling & Bearing False Witness.” We also will celebrate Communion.
If you’re out of town and/or unable to join us for worship, follow us on Facebook to receive a notification when we go live so that you can watch this week’s sermon.
Taizé Prayer Service | Canceled
There will be no Taizé prayer service this week, as we observe Independence Day on July 4. Our service will return on Wed., July 11, 7 pm.
Led by the Rev. Mary Lynn Callahan, our hour-long Taizé service includes sung prayers; simple, beautiful music; a time of silence; spoken and silent prayers; and an opportunity for individual prayer and anointing. If you’re unable to participate in person, join our live stream on your computer or mobile device.
