Journey with Scripture
“Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation.”—Psalm 68:19.
This month’s readings witness to a God who abounds in steadfast love and accomplishes strange work with Israel, in the death and resurrection of Jesus, and with the early church. All things may seem lost, all things scattered, and us foreign or unknown, even to our very selves. Yet somehow in Christ, new life and new mercies bear us up daily, often in subtle ways. We come to recognize that Jesus is risen.
Join us on Zoom for this week’s readings: 1 Chronicles 29:10–18; Psalm 110; 1 Thessalonians 5:12–28; John 21:20–25. Email Sara Hackett for the Zoom ID#.
Parenting Circle
We will share experiences, resources, prayer, and scripture as we explore how our faith builds and nourishes our family lives, as well as nurtures our parent/child relationships. To join the conversation, email Sara Hackett for the Zoom ID#.
Soul Food
