East Liberty Celebrates MLK @ KST

Pay What Makes You Happy!HAT Co (Hope Academy’s Teen Theater Company) is performing at this year’s 7th Annual East Liberty Celebrates MLK event at the Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Enjoy family-friendly, MLK-themed activities beginning at 12 noon and stay for performances by HAT Co band and other local groups from 2 to 4 pm.
Other performers include: 1Hood Media; Tameka Cage Conley; Trevor C. Dance Company; Dreams of Hope; Hope Academy teaching artist, Anthony Williams; and ATC. Our friend Darrell Kinsel will emcee.
Pay What Makes You Happy! Tickets for this event are available at any price. Simply choose the level that makes you happy—or name your own! All seats are general admission. The doors to the house will open at 1:15 pm for the performances. Get there early to make sure you have a seat!
