Maintaining a Healthy Brain

Join us for a discussion after Sanctuary worship in Room 234. We will learn how making minor changes to our daily routines—adding meaningful movement activities—can contribute to brain health and make a positive difference.
Caterina Rosano, MD, MPH, will share information on the benefits of movement to maintaining brain health; and Jim Eng, PT, DPT, MS, GCS, will show us types of movement that are safe and easily can be done by everyone.
Refreshments will be served.
