Following Sanctuary worship, join our discussion on Move Toward Fitness to learn how even minor changes in your routine—adding movement to sedentary lives—can bring about positive changes toward better fitness.
Caterina Rosano, MD, MPH, will share information on the benefits of movement, the downsides of sedentary lifestyles, and examples of minor changes that can make a positive difference.
Light refreshments will be served. There likely will be standing room only!
