Presbyterian Women Bible Study
April 1 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

You have probably heard, “We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.” This adage may have originated with farmer-writer-poet-environmentalist Wendell Berry over 50 years ago. What if, like Berry, we viewed the Earth and its fullness as a treasure shared across generations? We understand the consequences of the Creation being exploited and despoiled. We also have an opportunity—motivated by love for the world and love for our children—to work across generations to affect a healthier future.
Join us for our lesson, Intergenerational Justice, on Tuesday, April 1, 10 am–12 pm (Hybrid); or Monday, April 7, 7–8:30 pm (Zoom). Tuesday morning Bible Study will meet online and in the Fellowship Room. The in-person study will be followed by a potluck lunch. Please bring a dish to share; beverages will be provided.
