Shakespeare Contest Dress Rehearsal – Musical Theater Workshop Students

Hope Academy’s Musical Theater Workshop students, in the 4th through 7th grades, are competing this week in the Pittsburgh Public Theater’s Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Contest. Their dress rehearsal will take place in the Social Hall of East Liberty Presbyterian Church. Families and friends are invited to come to see them perform and cheer them on. Students must arrive before 5:30 pm to warm up. The run thru will begin at 6 pm and should be complete by 7 pm. Coaches will give notes until 7:30 pm.
These same students will compete the next day (Friday, Feb 13) at 3:00 pm at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. Call time for students is 2:30 pm in the lobby of the theater.
