Spring Solstice Forest Bathing

Join us at Dark Hollow Woods Park in Verona on Saturday, March 18, 12–2 pm, for a peaceful Forest Bathing walk as we enjoy the magic at the beginning of spring. We will meander in the woods and look for signs of awakening life. Slowing down will give us a chance to notice the little changes popping up to signal the coming of warmer weather.

We are limited to 10 participants. Please RSVP to Sandi Miller at samellaannmiller@gmail.com by Sunday, March 12.

Dress appropriately for the weather and bring an umbrella if rain is expected. The trail may be muddy in places. Parking is limited, so please carpool.
