Stormwater Project Dedication

A special Earth Day ceremony will happen in our church’s front yard! We will dedicate the stormwater reclamation and rain-garden landscaping that now graces our Penn Avenue and Whitfield Street lawns. Please join us as we invite the press and community to share in our joy, as we use our soil, plants, and trees as partners in sustainable environmental practices to benefit all of God’s community.

This extensive project was funded by grants and donations, working with groups like 3 Rivers Wet Weather, TreeVitalize, Tree Pittsburgh, and East Liberty Development, Inc.
