Third Annual Mission Film Series: The Stranger

The Justice, Peace, and Poverty Committees of the Mission Board are teaming up to sponsor our Summer Film Festival. The films will be shown after the Courtyard Worship service, with a light potluck lunch.

The Justice Committee will screen The Stranger (45 minutes) created to introduce Christians to the stories and lives of immigrants living in our country. Interviews with pastors, Christian leaders, and policy experts examine the immigration challenges that our country faces. The film, commissioned by the Evangelical Immigration Table, was produced by Emmy award-winning producer Linda Midgett.
