Yoga and Mindful Meditation

Start your day on your mat, stretching, and moving your body for 45–50 minutes of gentle Hatha yoga and 10–15 minutes of guided mindful meditation.
Our mindful movement and meditation classes in February will have gentle and slow mindful movement, linking postures and breath, and end with guided silent meditation.
