Juneteenth Celebration & Parade
Freedom Corner 1500 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh, United StatesJoin other ELPC members, the Black Presbyterian Caucus, Pittsburgh Chapter, and the Pittsburgh Community at Freedom Corner in the Hill District (corners of Crawford St. and Center Ave) to celebrate the 1865 emancipation of Blacks in America. “A Gathering of Sons” on WQED
Tune in to WQED TV to watch Pittsburgh Festival Opera's original work from summer 2017, "A Gathering of Sons." This powerful jazz-gospel opera has lyrics by Tameka Cage Conley, music by Dwayne Fulton, and stage direction by Mark Clayton Southers.
