IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS PERFORMING IN HOPE ACADEMY’S
WINTER CONCERT ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 5th
STUDENT PERFORMERS:
All Wednesday Voices of Hope Singing & Drumming Ensembles
Saturday Musical Theater and HAT Co Singers and Band
EL CEO (East Liberty Community Engagement Orchestra)
DRESS CODE FOR PERFORMERS:
Red on top & black on the bottom
RED TOP (nice, plain, long-sleeved sweater or shirt – no t-shirts or anything with writing or embellishments). Girls may wear solid red dresses with black tights and shoes if they would like.
BLACK BOTTOM (well-fitting pants – not jeans. No sagging, bagging, tears or embellishments). Girls may wear black skirts, if they would like.
BLACK socks or tights, if wearing a skirt or dress
BLACK shoes. Can be nice sneakers if all black and no other embellishments.
If anyone has extra red shirts or sweaters to donate, please bring them on Sunday. We always have a few children who are unable to purchase appropriate concert attire and your donation will help them to participate more fully. The same concert attire will be required for students performing in Love and All That Jazz on February 12, 2011.

RECEPTION AFTER THE CONCERT
We would like to have a reception following the concert, but we need your help! Please call Norma Meyer (412-441-3800 x11) if you are able to contribute drinks or goodies; or if you would like to help set up, serve or clean up. We will only have a reception if there seems to be enough interest in helping to put it together.
