News From Your PNC | February 2024

Dear ELPC Members, Friends and Staff,

The PNC has been getting back into the swing of things after a short break over the holidays. In January, we prepared for the first round of initial interviews with candidates by developing questions and interview protocols. Our interviews are centered around priorities that emerged from the congregation’s responses in the CAT Scan and in our Listening Sessions. We hope these initial interviews will allow us to get to know the viewpoints of the candidates and determine who possesses the qualities that our congregation is looking for in our new pastor.

We are grateful for the guidance of the congregation in clarifying our goals and mission as a congregation, and know that this knowledge will lead us to a fitting pastor for our church. Thank you for the continued support and prayers. We appreciate having the congregation behind us as we continue this process.
