The Environmental Team of the Justice Committee urges you to act to protect our climate and our health, and advance environmental justice. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is currently proposing to repeal a decision known as the “endangerment finding,” along with standards that limit greenhouse gas emissions from cars and trucks. This finding is the legal and scientific foundation of EPAS’s responsibility to limit green gas pollution.
