Updated December 3, 2021
The holidays are almost here again! As in the past, the Deacons are organizing the Christmas Giving Tree to benefit children and families from East End Cooperative Ministry (EECM); the ELPC Mission, Christian Education, and Hope Academy Ministries; and families who participate in the Casa San José Ministry at ELPC.
As of December 1, more than 45 gifts and 70 gift cards are still needed, which would sponsor 45 children.
This year’s Giving Tree is set up through SignUpGenius. You may sign up to purchase gifts for children, as well as Target and Walmart gift cards for families. Or, you may make a donation by sending in a check made out to “ELPC Giving Tree” or contributing online (note “ELPC Giving Tree”).
Unwrapped gifts (please include a gift bag large enough for your gift) and gift cards should be delivered to the church security desk by Sunday, December 5. In the gift card bag or envelop, please include your name, the item described, and the item number (found on the SignUpGenius link).
If you would like to purchase a gift or gift card but cannot deliver it by Sunday, December 5, or have questions, please email David Cowan at davidacowan@gmail.com so we can make alternative arrangements.
The ELPC Deacon Board thanks the congregation for its enthusiastic support of this ministry.
