Here’s what’s happening in worship April 28th-May 4th, 2014.
Worship Services
Taizé – Wednesday 7:00 p.m.
An hour-long service including sung prayers; simple, beautiful music; a time of silence; spoken and silent prayers; and an opportunity for individual prayer and anointing. This week’s after-Taizé class will be Celebrations!.
MARATHON SUNDAY WORSHIP CHANGES
The route for the Pittsburgh Marathon will prevent us from holding our Sunday morning Journey Worship, Church School classes, and Sanctuary Worship. However, there will be a Good Samaritan worship at 8:00 a.m. at the EECM Community House (6014 Station Street).
Sunday evening, the Spiritual Life Committee invites you to a special Service of Healing and Wholeness with Fr. William Kiel, at 7:00 p.m., in the Chapel. This contemplative service features prayer, singing, scripture reading, and a time of blessing.
