When we wait with intention, as did our ancestors in faith, we can be more attentive to the presence of God in our midst and the call of God to that which is to come. The Faith Formation Board has created an Advent Calendar for our church family, rich with opportunities to actively engage persons of all ages in this practice of waiting. The calendar will point you toward ministries available at ELPC and invite you to practices you can honor at home. Paper versions of this calendar and of the Justice Unbound Advent Devotional are available at the church and can be mailed upon request.
