As part of our ongoing transition and discernment process at ELPC, we are engaging with and utilizing the Congregational Assessment Tool (CAT), an online survey, to help the Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) and the Session gauge the strength, vitality, and trends in our church. The information gained from this assessment will be valuable in guiding us as we work together to set a course for the future of our congregation—including our search for new pastoral leadership.
